Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive TikTok Shop Creative Assistant who will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and collaborating with influencers to promote our products on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate should understand TikTok trends, influencer marketing, and content coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer & Creator Management
• Identify, evaluate, and reach out to relevant TikTok influencers.
• Monitor TikTok Shop analytics (sales, CTR, conversions, engagement).
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Identify winning creatives and scale strategies accordingly.
• Optimize based on data-driven insights.
• Research trending sounds, hashtags, and viral formats.
• Suggest creative ideas aligned with current TikTok trends.
• Assist in scripting hooks and product-focused content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all content.
• Assist in TikTok Ads campaign setup and monitoring.
• Coordinate creatives for paid ads.
• Track ad performance and suggest improvements.
• Support retargeting and scaling strategies.
• Negotiate collaborations (PR, affiliate, paid campaigns).
• Manage campaign timelines and content approvals.
• Track influencer performance and ROI.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of TikTok Shop and TikTok trends.
• Ability to manage multiple collaborations at once.
• Organized, creative, and proactive personality.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with eCommerce brands.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate programs.
• Content scripting or basic video coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
