Social Media Expert

About the Role:

Nexus95 is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing our social media presence across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in developing and executing digital campaigns, engaging our audience, and ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, creatives, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Perform basic video editing for reels, short-form content, and promotional videos.
• Plan, execute, and manage organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), ensuring ROI and engagement targets are met.
• Conduct social media audits, track performance metrics, and report insights to guide strategy.
• Develop engaging content, compelling copy, and creative storytelling for multiple channels.
• Build, manage, and actively engage online communities across platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to optimize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of SEO and integrate it into content planning where applicable.
• Monitor competitors’ social media activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
• Respond to audience inquiries and manage online reputation in a professional manner.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
