Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in email design, content creation, and campaign management to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
• Design and develop email templates and layouts
• Create engaging and conversion-focused email content
• Manage email campaigns through CRM/marketing platforms
• Segment email lists and target the right audience
• Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns
• Ensure email deliverability and compliance with best practices
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong understanding of email campaign metrics and analytics
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design (preferred)
• Excellent written communication and content writing skills
