Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in healthcare-related marketing and organic social media growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media management, content creation, and organic digital marketing strategies to grow our online presence and generate leads.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while managing digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)
• Create engaging healthcare-related content including posts, captions, and campaigns
• Implement organic marketing strategies to increase followers, engagement, and leads
• Plan and schedule content calendars
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics
• Optimize profiles and content for better reach and engagement
• Collaborate with the team to develop digital marketing strategies
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management
• Experience in healthcare or medical marketing preferred
• Strong knowledge of organic marketing strategies
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Should have own Laptop with strong Internet connection
