Tile Fixer

The Tile Fixer is responsible for installing tiles on floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial projects and 2+ years experience in UAE. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of different tile materials and installation techniques to ensure a high-quality and durable finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut tiles accurately to fit around obstacles and edges.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesive materials.
• Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other bonding materials as required.
• Lay tiles in specified patterns and ensure alignment and spacing are uniform.
• Polish and clean finished surfaces to remove excess grout or adhesive.
• Inspect completed work for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Handle and store materials safely, maintaining cleanliness at the worksite.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Repair or replace damaged tiles when required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Tile Fixer or similar role.
• Knowledge of different tile types (ceramic, porcelain, marble, mosaic, etc.) and installation methods.
• Ability to read drawings, measurements, and layout plans.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Physical stamina to work long hours and lift heavy materials.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and site regulations.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in tile fixing or general construction in UAE.
• Experience working on residential or commercial projects.

Work Environment:

• Job may require working indoors and outdoors depending on the project.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and handling heavy materials.
