Full job description.

• Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives
• Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precise alignment and a professional finish
• Install a variety of tile types, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone, adhering to design specifications
• Mix and apply grout and mortar to secure tiles and achieve a durable, visually appealing result
• Assess and troubleshoot any issues during the installation process to maintain project timelines and quality
• Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of tile work within broader construction projects
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tile Mason or similar role, with a solid portfolio of completed projects
• Strong knowledge of tile types, installation techniques, and industry best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or training in tile installation from a recognized institution
• Experience with advanced tiling techniques, such as mosaics or custom designs
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction environments
