Tile Mason

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Tile Masons to join a reputable organization in Qatar. The ideal candidates will have expertise in all aspects of tile installation—including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite-and possess the ability to handle general masonry tasks with precision and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately cut, shape, and lay tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, etc.) on floors, walls, ceilings, and decorative surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by levelling, smoothing, and waterproofing as required before tiling.
• Perform grouting, sealing, and finishing to ensure durable, high-quality results.
• Repair or replace damaged tiles and related surfaces.
• Handle all-round masonry tasks, including plastering, blockwork, and basic bricklaying as needed.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Mix and prepare adhesives, mortar, and grout to the correct consistency.
• Follow safety standards and site protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• High school education or relevant industrial training certificates in Masonry, Tile Work, or Construction Technology preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Tile Mason with strong expertise in cutting, laying, and finishing various types of tiles.
• Ability to perform general masonry duties (all-rounder).
• Skilled in using tiling tools, cutters, and levelling instruments.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards.
• Physically fit with good stamina and strong hands-on skills.
• Basic English proficiency for on-site communication.
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
