Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason / Tile and Flooring Technician to join our dynamic fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in tiling, marble installation, stonework, and flooring finishes, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all types of masonry and tiling works including ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and vinyl flooring.
• Prepare surfaces and ensure proper leveling before installation.
• Cut, shape, and fit tiles and flooring materials accurately according to design specifications.
• Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and other materials for a professional finish.
• Repair or replace damaged tiles, stone, or flooring surfaces.
• Collaborate with project supervisors, designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of completed work aligns with company and client standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tiling, masonry, or flooring works within fit-out or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of various tile and stone materials, adhesives, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
