The Tile Mason is responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing tiles across residential and commercial properties. The role requires strong knowledge of tile cutting, layout planning, grout application, and ensuring high-quality finishing that meets project standards for real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install tiles on floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as per project requirements.
• Prepare work surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or waterproofing materials.
• Cut, shape, and smooth tiles using hand tools or machinery to match the required design and layout.
• Mix and apply grout, ensuring proper finishing, alignment, and spacing.
• Inspect completed work to verify durability, quality, and design accuracy.
• Repair or replace broken or damaged tiles in existing properties.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines on every site.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Tile Mason (real estate, construction, or fit-out projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of tile types including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite.
• Ability to read drawings, measurements, and layout plans.
• Skilled in tile cutting tools and grout finishing techniques.
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
