Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily attendance of site staff and laborers (manual registers or biometric systems).
  • Maintain manpower deployment records, including trades, gangs, and subcontractor labor.
  • Track overtime, shift work, and leave records accurately.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports for project management and HR.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for manpower verification.
  • Ensure attendance data aligns with payroll and WPS requirements.
  • Maintain records of new joiners, transfers, absconding, and terminations at site level.
  • Support HR with salary processing, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and site rules.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and labor data.
