Key Responsibilities
- Record daily attendance of site staff and laborers (manual registers or biometric systems).
- Maintain manpower deployment records, including trades, gangs, and subcontractor labor.
- Track overtime, shift work, and leave records accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports for project management and HR.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for manpower verification.
- Ensure attendance data aligns with payroll and WPS requirements.
- Maintain records of new joiners, transfers, absconding, and terminations at site level.
- Support HR with salary processing, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and site rules.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and labor data.
