Falcon Group of Companies is looking for a Timekeeper with strong experience in attendance management, timesheet preparation, and payroll support. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, formulas, data handling, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily attendance and manpower records
  • Prepare timesheets and overtime reports
  • Handle employee data and site workforce records
  • Generate reports using Excel formulas and functions
  • Coordinate with HR and site teams for attendance updates
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll-related information

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as Timekeeper
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good experience in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and reporting
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • UAE experience preferred
