Job Title: Timekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Timekeeper to manage labor attendance, machinery time records, and data entry activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate recording of manpower and heavy equipment working hours to support payroll, productivity tracking, and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and monitor daily labor attendance at the site.
  • Maintain accurate timesheets for manpower and heavy equipment.
  • Track machinery working hours, idle time, and breakdowns.
  • Perform data entry of attendance and timesheet records into the system.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers to verify records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and equipment utilization reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of records to HR and project teams.
  • Maintain proper filing of timesheets and attendance documents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Timekeeper, preferably in construction or heavy equipment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of labor attendance and machinery timesheets.
  • Proficiency in data entry and MS Excel.
  • Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work at site locations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the U.A.E or GCC construction industry.
  • Familiarity with payroll coordination and site reporting.
