Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor daily attendance records of all site and office employees
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets accurately
- Verify attendance data from biometric / punch systems / manual timesheets
- Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, and department heads for attendance confirmation
- Ensure proper recording of overtime, leave, absenteeism, and shift schedules
- Prepare attendance reports for Payroll and HR Departments
- Update and maintain employee attendance databases and records
- Identify discrepancies and resolve attendance-related issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor practices
- Support HR with manpower reports and audits when required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience as a Timekeeper in the UAE
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel is mandatory)
- Must be skilled in Excel formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Experience handling large manpower attendance is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
