We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Time Keeper to manage attendance and working hours records at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily employee attendance and working hours
- Monitor site staff entry and exit timings
- Maintain accurate timekeeping reports
- Coordinate with supervisors regarding manpower attendance
- Ensure proper documentation of time records
Requirements:
- Must be familiar with Excel formulas
- Experience in preparing and handling timesheets
- Previous experience as a Time Keeper is preferred
- Basic computer skills and good attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred)
- Ability to work in a site/project environment
