Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Track, record, and manage daily attendance, check-ins, and check-outs of site workers and technicians.
- Calculate daily/weekly overtime, shifts, absences, and leaves accurately.
- Coordinate closely with Site Engineers and Marble Installation Supervisors to verify manpower distribution.
- Monitor workforce movement between production workshops and active installation sites.
- Prepare and submit detailed time sheets and reports to HR and Payroll departments.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of [e.g., 3-5 years] of experience as a Timekeeper, specifically within construction or manufacturing companies specializing in Marble, Granite, and Natural Stone.
- Solid understanding of the marble industry workforce (Installers, Polishers, Fabricators, and Helpers) to effectively manage allocations.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with biometric attendance systems or ERP software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage large labor forces.
- Transferable visa / Valid driving license is highly preferred.
