TimeKeeper / Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.

  • Issue materials and supplies as per department requirements.

  • Ensure all stored items are properly labeled, organized, and stored safely.

  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.

  • Monitor stock usage to avoid overstocking or shortages.

  • Prepare and submit inventory reports to the supervisor or management.

  • Ensure the store area is clean, secure, and well-maintained.

  • Coordinate with the procurement and accounts team for stock updates.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
