Job Summary:

STEM Learning is looking for a dynamic Tinkering Program Associate (Tinker Trainer) to implement

hands-on STEM education programs in K-12 schools. The role involves training teachers and students,

developing interactive learning experiences, and expanding the reach of Tinkering Labs in educational

institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Program Execution:

 Conduct engaging STEM training sessions for students and teachers.

 Develop and implement tinkering activities using hands-on experiments and projects.

 Ensure proper setup and maintenance of tinkering lab equipment.

Curriculum Development & Innovation:

 Analyze and refine K-12 STEM programs for better learning outcomes.

 Collaborate with subject matter experts to design innovative training content.

 Adapt STEM research into simplified concepts for students and educators.

Outreach & Coordination:

 Promote and expand Tinkering Labs across Pune and nearby regions.

 Work with schools, teachers, and trainers to facilitate program adoption.

 Plan and organize site visits, events, and workshops.

Monitoring & Reporting:

 Collect feedback from teachers and students to evaluate program success.

 Conduct assessments of STEM programs and prepare reports for the Head of Department.

 Maintain records of training sessions and participant engagement.

Operations & Logistics:

 Plan and manage budgets for program activities and site visits.

 Ensure smooth execution of training sessions with all necessary materials.

 Support the Head of Department in tracking and reporting all STEM activities.

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

 Hands-on experience with STEM activities, tinkering tools, and Arduino/microcontrollers.

 Ability to engage with educators and students effectively.

 Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
