Reliance Motor Credit is an Indirect Auto Lender located in Melville, NY. We specialize in helping customer obtain financing for vehicles who have challenged or no credit history. Our business is growing, and we are looking motivated individuals to join our team!

Job Description

- Checking status of Lien for funded contracts

-Filing DMV paperwork to process title transactions

-Mailing titles and lien releases for paid off accounts

- Sending titles to auctions for repossessed vehicles

- Outbound/inbound calls to dealerships, customers, and DMV

-Update customer records and note call outcomes

Requirements:

- Clear communication and listening

- Patience and professionalism with dealerships, customers, and DMV

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Education level: High school diploma or GED required

- Basic computer and phone system proficiency

- 1 year of customer service or clerical experience required

- Prior Title Clerk experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
