Title Clerk

Windy City Harley-Davidson is known for its high-energy dealership environment and commitment to exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a detail-driven individual to join our team as a part-time Title Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify all title documents for accuracy and completeness
• Enter data into systems with precision
• Work cross-functionally to ensure timely title processing
• Maintain organized and compliant records
• Support customers with title and registration-related questions

Skills & Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and stay on track
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
• Notary certification is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Illinois titling processes preferred
• CVR experience preferred

Experience:
Title processing experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Compensation:
Starting at $17/hour
