Title Clerk

Starved Rock Harley-Davidson is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting riders every step of the way. We are currently hiring a part-time Title Clerk to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process title paperwork accurately
• Enter and manage data within dealership systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely title completion
• Maintain detailed and organized records
• Assist customers with title-related inquiries

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
• Notary certification is a plus
• Illinois title processing knowledge preferred
• CVR experience preferred

Experience:
Experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Compensation:
Starting at $17/hour
