Title Examiner

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Title Search Examiner with strong expertise in US mortgage title search processes. The candidate should be proficient in conducting various levels of title searches and working with multiple title production systems. Key Responsibilities: Perform Current Owner, Two Owner, Full Search, and TSGs (Trustee Sale Guarantee) title searches.

Examine and analyze Owner Name and Property Information, including: o Property Address o Parcel Number o City, County, and State Utilize title search platforms such as Data Trace, Title Point, Title Scan, Integrity, TIMS, and similar tools.

Review public records to identify: o Liens, judgments, mortgages, taxes, easements, and other encumbrances Prepare and type Title Commitments, including: o Exceptions o Requirements o Schedules Handle Commitment typing and application using title production systems such as: o ResWare o Qualia o SoftPro o RamQuest o EWB Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client-specific guidelines and turnaround times. Maintain high quality standards while meeting productivity targets. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Title Search / Title Examination. Strong knowledge of US real estate title concepts and terminology. Hands-on experience with title search tools and county websites. Proficiency in at least one title production system (ResWare, Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, or EWB). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple files efficiently. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹238,735.19 - ₹599,432.84 per year
