The Copart Hybrid Title Express Specialist will report onsite up to 4 times per week to complete various roles. Responsibilities include assisting auto insurance companies with the, procurement of vehicle titles and title paperwork, working with financial institutions and vehicle owners, analyzing and resolving issues related to aged or obsolete inventory, and handling and resolving high-priority or complex customer inquiries and complaints received via email, print, prepare, and organize special transfer letters for insurance companies, accurately sign and notarize transfer letters in compliance with legal and company requirements, package and mail documents in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met. There will also be additional projects such as cross-training, assisting the training department as a Subject Matter Expert when necessary, and tracking and reporting common trends within your daily workload.

Call queue (ability to answer basic TP questions, give claim updates, and direct caller to correct party/team if applicable
Total Loss Packets (create and send all documents required per state guidelines)
Follow-up calls to owners/insureds to follow up on needed documents or corrected documents needed
Follow-up calls to Lien Holders (for documents listed above in the initial call)
Send out revised packets to the owners/insureds as needed
Will be held to the internal cycle times and other auditable criteria
Review all uploaded documents to ensure that documents are compliant per State guidelines
Launch the "Okay to Pay" to owner/insured or LH when necessary
Monitor and work a shared inbox to ensure the tasks and directives are addressed and completed per company policy, timelines, and contractual obligations.
Reviews and works all aged inventory to expedite resolution and file closure
May be a direct POC for Copart sellers
Other tasks as assigned by management

Pay: $21.05 - $23.71 per hour
