Job Summary:

The Title Search Executive is responsible for examining property records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and other legal documents to determine the ownership history and legal status of real estate titles. The role ensures property titles are clear and marketable before sale, purchase, or mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct title searches on residential and commercial properties using online databases and courthouse records.
  • Review deeds, mortgages, liens, easements, judgments, and other encumbrances affecting property titles.
  • Verify ownership, legal descriptions, and chain of title for accuracy.
  • Identify title defects, gaps, or issues and report findings.
  • Prepare detailed title search reports or title commitments for clients.
  • Coordinate with title examiners, attorneys, and underwriters for title clearance or issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of title searches and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local property laws and regulations.
  • Support the title insurance or closing process as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,181.68 - ₹42,528.91 per month
