Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns that drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Google Ads strategy, analytics, keyword optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking, along with a proven track record of improving ROI across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns.

* Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for growth.

* Optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages for maximum Quality Score and conversions.

* Develop and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, extensions, and landing pages.

* Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.

* Manage budget allocations and ensure efficient use of ad spend.

* Set up and maintain conversion tracking, event tracking, and audience segmentation using Google Tag Manager, Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads conversion tools.

* Analyze and report on CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion trends to measure campaign effectiveness.

* Collaborate with design, content, and web development teams to align ad strategy with overall marketing goals.

* Stay updated with Google Ads policy changes, algorithm updates, and new advertising trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).

* Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Performance Max) – preferred.

* Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Data Studio (Looker Studio), and Keyword Planner.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

* Experience with retargeting campaigns, YouTube Ads, and Remarketing Lists for Search Ads (RLSA).

* Excellent command of ad copywriting, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.

* Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from ₹10+ Lakhs to ₹20 Lakhs (or equivalent).

* Familiarity with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Bing Ads is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
