Job summary:

This role involves staff performing with Netronline application/Title Point/ Data trace/Data

Tree. Need to validate documents with the status and property information.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Candidates should have good oral communication & written communication skills

• Candidate to possess typing speed of 28 WPM with 98% quality

• Candidate should be flexible with shifts

• Minimum 2+ years of experience on FOS/COS/Two owner search

• Should be familiar with Microsoft excel & word.

• States working experience – CL, TX, Fl (Nationwide could be an advantage)

Qualification:

The candidate should be a graduate, or undergraduate should have experience in US Title

search and Netronline.
