Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented TLM LEP Operation Manager (Male Only) to handle the operational execution of Teaching Learning Materials (TLM) and Learning Enhancement Program (LEP) projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day operations, ensuring quality delivery, and maintaining vendor & stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage TLM & LEP project operations across schools/centers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, field staff, and cluster coordinators for smooth execution.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and distribution of TLM kits/materials.
• Track timelines, budgets, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure quality and compliance with client and company standards.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, schools, and government stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and share progress with management.
• Supervise and motivate field/project staff to achieve set goals.
• Handle challenges, risks, and ensure timely corrective measures.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of education operations / TLM-LEP projects.
• Excellent team leadership, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication and reporting ability.
• Ability to work under deadlines with problem-solving mindset.

Education & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Education, Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in project/operations management (education or skill development preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
