TM Asst Analyst (12-Months Fixed Term)

Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution and communication of talent management, performance management and learning & development initiatives
  • Support learning and development programs by tracking employee participation, monitoring program effectiveness and coordinating logistics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent data in SAP and ensure data integrity
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for talent management initiatives
  • Contribute to Culture & Engagement initiatives, including inclusion, recognition and collaboration with volunteer employee groups, supporting employee engagement
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure the smooth execution of talent management processes
  • Partner with the Global Capability Center on talent analytics to deliver high-quality data, analysis and talent and capability insights
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Management
  • Ability to work with data, reports and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and grow
