Support the execution and communication of talent management, performance management and learning & development initiatives
Support learning and development programs by tracking employee participation, monitoring program effectiveness and coordinating logistics
Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent data in SAP and ensure data integrity
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for talent management initiatives
Contribute to Culture & Engagement initiatives, including inclusion, recognition and collaboration with volunteer employee groups, supporting employee engagement
Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure the smooth execution of talent management processes
Partner with the Global Capability Center on talent analytics to deliver high-quality data, analysis and talent and capability insights
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Management
Ability to work with data, reports and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken
