Join our team as a TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator) Driver!
We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused driver to help protect roadway crews and equipment in active work zones throughout Corpus Christi. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who values teamwork, safety, and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a truck-mounted attenuator to protect roadway crews.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Follow traffic laws, safety procedures, and site-specific protocols.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors.
• Report any equipment issues, incidents, or near misses promptly.
• Complete all required logs and documentation accurately.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required (CDL not needed).
• 1 year of driving or equipment operation experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and dependability.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in traffic zones.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
