TMS & Spravato Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced TMS and Spravato Coordinator to join our behavioral health practice. This role requires direct, hands-on experience with all administrative and clinical-support processes related to TMS and Spravato services.

Applicants without prior authorization and insurance verification experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

- Complete verification of benefits for TMS and Spravato, including medical necessity and coverage criteria

- Manage the prior authorization process from submission through approval for both services

- Ensure all patient eligibility and clinical requirements for TMS and Spravato are met and documented

- Prepare, submit, and track appeals for denied authorizations

- Handle billing and coding specific to TMS and Spravato, ensuring accuracy and compliance

- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate with patients, providers, and payers

Required Experience

- Experience with TMS verification of benefits, prior authorizations, patient requirements, appeals, billing, and coding PREFERRED

- Experience with Spravato verification of benefits, prior authorizations, patient requirements, appeals, billing, and coding PREFERRED

- Strong understanding of payer policies, medical necessity criteria, and behavioral health benefits

- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workflow
