Position Summary:
The TMS Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services within a mental health or neurology practice. This role ensures high-quality patient care, staff coordination, and procedural compliance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
Essential Job Functions:- Successful completion of TMS Certification (training and certification provided during the initial period of employment).
- Works under the supervision of Lead Patient Care Coordinator.
- Treating patients with our TMS system who are suffering from mental illness.
- Must be flexible and willing to travel to different offices if needed.
- Ability to work unattended with the patient in the office.
- Record/Audit patient encounter notes in the electronic health record (EHR), including diagnosis, medical history, medications, and treatment plan in the system.
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental-health setting required.
- Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day TMS Technicians operations.
- Provides leadership, support, and guidance to facility management.
- Ensures compliance with company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.
- Works closely with the Lead CC on call-out coordination and response management.
- Provides informal feedback on an ongoing basis.
- Dealing with complexity, analyzing information, and implementing company vision.
- Ensures and promotes the development through coaching and training.
- Ensures a strong communication process between all managers and staff.
- Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training.
- Helps create and implement corporate TMS presentation for quarterly meetings.
- Attend and helps facilitate weekly meetings with the TMS Technicians.
- Manages and reduces appointment gaps when possible.
- Reaches out to patients that are not consistent with attending appointments.
- Directly follows up with current and past patients.
- Travelling is required in all seven offices.

Knowledge, Education, & Experience:- Leadership and training experience skills 3 years minimum
- Associates or bachelor’s degrees are strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills 3 years minimum.
- Direct patient care experience 3 year minimum.
- Previous TMS experience required.
- Mental health experience required.
