TNC Lot Attendant (Ground Transportation Monitor)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Function: Assist drivers with parking services while ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of traffic throughout the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor the holding lot for Transportation Network Company vehicles.
• Report vehicle violations to Salt Lake City Ground Transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lot, ensuring trash is not overflowing in receptacles or gathering along fencelines.
• Answers questions and address concerns from drivers who use the lot.
• Assists in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned location.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must have excellent attendance and arrive at work on time when scheduled
• Access to reliable transportation, outside of public transit.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
