Toddler Lead Teacher

Milestones Early Learning is now hiring for full-time Toddler Lead teacher at our Cascade location. Located just 7 minutes from the heart downtown Grand Rapids.

Responsibilities and Duties

Planning and implementing enriching lesson plans in line with early childhood standards. Caring for and engaging with children age 1 to 2 years in authentic learning experiences through play, establishing & maintaining positive family, child, and staff relationships, and ensuring safety and highest quality childcare.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates will be caring, dependable, and enthusiastic, motivated, and work well in a team-oriented environment. Applicants must possess the following required qualifications/credentials:

• Associates/Bachelors Degree in child development, early childhood education, or related field OR current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
• Professional experience working with children or in early childhood/elementary education
• Clear criminal background check
• Current CPR/First Aid certification

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $17.50 /hour
