Toddler Teacher

We have a Toddler assistant teacher position available. We are looking for a patient, energetic, reliable long term employee. Must be warm, loving and patient. Great communication skills with parents and co-workers. Monday through Friday. 8:30am to 5:00pm

Job Qualifications:

Be able to lift and carry a child weighing up to 50 pounds

Be able to kneel, bend, crouch and sit on the floor for extended periods of time

Be able to stand, walk, and sit in child sized chairs throughout the day.

Responsibilities
- Implement Montessori curriculum to create engaging and educational lesson plans.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for students.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Assess student progress and provide individualized support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
