Now, we’re on the lookout for a Toddler Teacher Extraordinaire—a big-hearted, energetic, and creative soul who sees early childhood education not just as a job, but as a calling. Someone who lights up at the idea of finger painting, story time, and helping tiny humans discover their voices (and their ABCs!).

Why This Role is So Special: You'll lead a beautifully balanced toddler classroom with a LOW 1:8 teacher-to-child ratio (2 teachers: 16 toddlers total), ensuring every little learner gets the love and attention they deserve.

Your Day-to-Day Magic Will Include:

• Bringing joy to learning with hands-on educational play, storytelling, music, and movement
• Supporting toddlers as they build social-emotional skills and self-confidence
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment filled with love, laughter, and discovery
• Encouraging budding independence while modeling kindness, patience, and empathy
• Collaborating with fellow educators to deliver a curriculum that’s developmentally sound and beautifully creative
• Maintaining a tidy, engaging classroom that feels like a second home

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a passion for all things toddler
• Embraces each child’s unique learning style with heart and flexibility
• Is full of patience, creativity, and—let’s be honest—a great sense of humor!
• Knows how to balance structure with spontaneity (because toddlers will toddler)
• Communicates like a pro—with coworkers, parents, and little learners alike
• Is consistent, punctual, and dependable—because our kiddos count on you!
• Has classroom experience working with children aged 2½ to 3 (preferred, but not required for the right magical fit)
