Schedule: Monday through Friday, No Weekends, Full Time
Sign On Bonus: $250 after 90 days

The Learning Experience in Elk Grove is hiring a joyful and energetic
Toddler Teacher to guide children ages 12 to 24 months as they explore, grow, and develop independence in a nurturing classroom. If you love helping toddlers reach milestones while having fun, this is the perfect opportunity.
What You Will Do
Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for toddlers
Support social, language, cognitive, and motor development through play based learning
Follow daily routines including diapering, meals, transitions, and age appropriate learning activities
Communicate consistently with parents to build positive relationships
Implement TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum
Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
California Requirements
Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including a minimum of 12 ECE or Child Development units. Verification required prior to hire
Infant/Toddler units preferred but not required
Pyramid Plus or additional certifications are a plus
