Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture our youngest learners. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in toddlers.
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Supervise and interact with children during activities such as playtime, mealtime, nap time, and learning sessions to ensure safety and engagement.
- Monitor each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about developmental milestones and daily experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that adheres to health and safety standards at all times.
- Incorporate early childhood education principles and best practices into daily routines to support individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan special activities that enhance social skills, motor development, and emotional regulation.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to toddlers.
- Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings, including classroom management skills.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response in emergencies.
- Familiarity with special education strategies and working with children with disabilities or additional needs.
- Ability to create engaging activities that promote learning through play while maintaining discipline through positive behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with children, parents, and team members.

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- CDA credential or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience working with toddlers (1–3 years old)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for working with young children

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
