Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Implementation:
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the daycare's curriculum.
• Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive activities.
• Child Guidance:
• Provide a supportive and nurturing atmosphere to encourage positive behavior.
• Address the individual needs and developmental milestones of each child.
• Implement positive discipline strategies to encourage self-regulation.
• Communication:
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily updates and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues and attend staff meetings to ensure a cohesive educational approach.
• Safety and Hygiene:
• Ensure the safety and well-being of toddlers in the classroom.
• Implement proper hygiene routines, including diaper changing, potty training, and teaching self-help skills.
• Environment Enhancement:
• Create a stimulating and organized classroom environment that promotes exploration and discovery.
• Utilize age-appropriate materials to facilitate learning through play.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
