Requirements:

• Experience: 1–5 Years
• Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on knowledge, experience & interview performance)

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of shop floor tool cost reduction
• Ability to work on cycle time reduction
• Strong understanding of CNC / VMC operations
• Tooling selection, maintenance & optimization
• Problem-solving & analytical mindset

Responsibilities:

• Implement cost reduction techniques for shop floor tooling
• Drive cycle time reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
• Support production teams in tooling-related issues and improvements
• Ensure maintenance, availability, and standardization of tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process efficiency.
