TOPS BOE Senior Business Analyst

· 5 years minimum experience in business analysis. · Capturing business requirements from a variety of sources and translating those to user stories and acceptance criteria for developers. · Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques · Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) · Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. · 3 years minimum of writing and executing test cases. · Expereince with Website or similar platforms · Experience with Agile methodologies · Exceptional verbal, written communication skills and strong presentation skills · Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps)
