Total Care Caregiver

Specific Case: Located in Downtown Charleston, SC

• Overnights - 12 hours
• Day time shifts - 8 hours

Your Role & Responsibilities

The Commonwise Caregiver helps clients thrive by supporting their safety, autonomy, and quality of life.

• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and families

• Provide reliable care during times of need

• Advocate for clients in community settings

• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding

• Assist with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living): light housekeeping, meal prep, driving clients, creative hobbies

Physical Demands

• Frequent bending required

• May include driving

• Requires strong visual, auditory, and communication skills

• Must be able to lift/push/pull 20–50 lbs

SIGN ON BONUS:

Must be a level four of higher. Bonus will be received after 100 hours of successful care.
