Total Quality Manager

Giza, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the company’s quality policies in line with business strategy and international standards.
  2. Supervise the application of quality systems across farms, packing stations, warehouses, and supply chains.
  3. Monitor international export regulations and ensure product compliance with destination country requirements.
  4. Manage internal quality audits and coordinate with certification and accreditation bodies.
  5. Implement product traceability systems from farm to consumer.
  6. Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, recommending and executing continuous improvement plans.
  7. Lead and develop the quality and inspection teams across farms and stations, ensuring training on best practices.
  8. Ensure compliance with food safety standards at all stages of the value chain.
  9. Collaborate with other departments (operations, logistics, commercial) to ensure adherence to quality standards.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Quality Management, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
  2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  3. Proven track record in handling audits, certifications, and compliance with international bodies.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Excellent leadership, team management, and training capabilities.
