Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our HR team at Ali & Sons in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in compensation and benefits while contributing to key reward initiatives across the organization.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a basic understanding of Total Rewards (compensation and benefits) concepts. It is also well suited for candidates currently working in payroll or finance who are looking to transition their careers into Total Rewards. Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including merit increments, bonus cycles, promotions, and budgeting exercises
• Prepare and validate data, reports, templates, and dashboards related to Total Rewards activities
• Assist with salary benchmarking and internal equity analysis
• Maintain compensation trackers, survey files, and reward documentation
• Coordinate closely with HR Operations, Talent, Finance, and Payroll to ensure accurate execution of reward decisions

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Payroll or Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills are a must (data analysis, reporting, validations)
• Working knowledge of HR systems (Oracle HCM Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
