  • Collect, analyze, and maintain compensation and benefits data to support program effectiveness and internal equity.
  • Analyze salary structures, allowances, incentives, and benefits costs, and prepare comparison reports.
  • Support market benchmarking activities and participate in compensation surveys.
  • Prepare analytical inputs for salary reviews, promotions, and incentive cycles.
  • Monitor benefits utilization and cost trends, and generate analytical reports.
  • Analyze payroll, benefits, and headcount costs against approved budgets.
  • Track budget utilization and prepare variance analysis reports.
  • Support workforce cost modeling and forecasting exercises.
  • Assist in monitoring financial controls related to compensation and benefits spending.
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc analytical reports and dashboards related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and budgets.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across HR and finance systems.
  • Maintain structured datasets and documentation for compensation and budget analysis.
  • Analyze existing compensation, benefits, and budget-related processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide analytical insights to support decision-making, without direct policy ownership.
  • Support cross-functional coordination through accurate and timely analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation, benefits, budgeting, or compensation analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and budgeting principles.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
