POSITION SUMMARY: As a key player in our Total Rewards team, the Total Rewards Coordinator brings energy and precision to the development and delivery of compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs that truly make a difference. INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
