Total Rewards Leader

We are hiring a senior leader to own the design and delivery of global rewards programs covering pay, benefits, equity, and recognition. This role reports to the Chief People Officer, is based in Atlanta, GA, and leads a small centralized Total Rewards function supporting multiple countries. The role focuses on aligning reward programs with business priorities, ensuring market competitiveness, and enabling scalable, compliant operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and management of global compensation, benefits, equity, and incentive programs.
• Serve as a senior advisor on workforce planning, pay strategy, and organizational design.
• Maintain and evolve job architecture, salary bands, and benchmarking processes to support internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Own rewards-related activities for transactions and integrations, including due diligence and post-close alignment.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure benefit program compliance across operating regions.
• Build, coach, and scale a small, outcome-focused Total Rewards team.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR business partners to align rewards with financial goals and regulatory requirements.
• Use data and measurement to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with demonstrated leadership in global or multi-country settings.
• Proven track record designing and scaling rewards programs in growing or changing organizations.
• Strong knowledge of international compensation and benefits practices and regulatory considerations.
• Credible executive presence with experience advising senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Experience working with common HRIS and market survey tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,724.85 - $220,055.73 per year
