We are looking for a seasoned Total Rewards & Organization Design Specialist with extensive experience in GCC holding companies. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in fast-paced, project-driven environments — including those supporting large-scale construction and infrastructure portfolios — and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the HR function.
Key responsibilities:
ORGANIZATION DESIGN

Design and review organizational structures across the group subsidiaries

Develop and update job architectures, role profiles, and reporting lines

Lead workforce planning and manpower optimization initiatives

Support restructuring and change management efforts across business units
TOTAL REWARDS

Design and manage compensation structures, salary bands, and grading frameworks

Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses

Develop and administer benefits programs across group entities

Support performance management linkage to rewards and recognition
Requirements:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Total Rewards and/or Organization Design roles

Demonstrated experience working within GCC holding companies or diversified group structures

Comfortable working in fast-paced, project-driven environments including construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors

Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay/Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson)

Proficiency in HR systems, compensation modeling tools, and workforce analytics

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage
Preferred qualifications:

Currently based in Qatar or immediately available to relocate

Experience supporting multi-entity or subsidiary HR alignment within a holding group

Certifications in compensation, rewards, or HR (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7)
