Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Senior Analyst to support and execute compensation and benefits strategies in India. This role plays a key part in driving total rewards initiatives, providing data-driven insights, and partnering with HR and business stakeholders to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable managing competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Support the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs aligned with Accenture’s overall Total Rewards strategy.

Drive annual reward processes including compensation planning, salary range design, market benchmarking, and compensation reviews.

Conduct complex data analysis and compensation modelling to support decision-making and reward initiatives.

Provide sound advice and recommendations to HR Business Partners and key stakeholders on salary proposals, retention strategies, and market competitiveness.

Partner closely with Global and SEA and MU Total Rewards teams to deliver high-quality, timely deliverables and ensure alignment across the regions.

Review and recommend improvements to Total Rewards policies, processes, and governance frameworks.

Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility, prioritization, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.

Preferably a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Total Rewards, with strong expertise in compensation and benefits.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
