About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, well-organized, and experienced Tour Coordinator to manage and coordinate international tours across multiple countries. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of travel logistics, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver smooth and memorable tour experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate international tour packages.
- Manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and activities.
- Handle communication with travel partners, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare itineraries and ensure all tour details are accurate.
- Monitor ongoing tours and provide real-time support to clients.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally during tour operations.
- Maintain records, budgets, and reports for each tour.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from booking to tour completion.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a Tour Coordinator / Travel Consultant or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle last-minute changes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel management tools.
- Passion for travel and creating exceptional experiences.
- Flexible to travel when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating group tours or corporate travel.
- Multi-language skills are an advantage.
