Tour Executive-FIT/Groups

JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidates with bachelor’s degree in Tourism, effective communication skills, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as Inbound Tour Executive with a reputed Tour Operator or Destination Management Company [DMC]. He should have a sound understanding of the various facets of Inbound Tourism [FIT and Group].

Candidates with Foreign Language expertise will be preferred [French, Russian/ Italian/German/Spanish - anyone]

This is an office job. Understand customer inquiries on tour excursion well, coordinate with suppliers for various bookings and respond to the customers with detailed quote on tours, itinerary, duration, arrangements, costing, etc. Follow up and obtain confirmation. Facilitate the tour excursions as agreed, in liaison with Logistics Team and Suppliers and ensure the collection of fund in company account.
