Role Overview:

As the Tour Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of tours — from itinerary planning and vendor coordination to client servicing and on-ground logistics. You’ll ensure that every trip designed by Travel Xprt runs smoothly, profitably, and delightfully for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage domestic and international tour operations.
  • Handle hotel bookings, transport arrangements, sightseeing coordination, and guide services.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, hotels, and DMC partners for best deals and service quality.
  • Supervise the operations team to ensure timely confirmations, vouchers, and documentation.
  • Monitor tour budgets, costing, and profitability of each package.
  • Handle emergency situations or on-tour issues with quick decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the sales and reservations team to ensure smooth communication and updates.
  • Conduct post-tour feedback analysis and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on bookings, expenses, and vendor performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management (preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in tour operations or travel management.
  • Strong understanding of domestic & international destinations, hotels, and transport networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and GDS / booking systems.
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in team management.
